Weekly meal Preparation

My weekly meal plan consists of four main meals a day. At the moment its two different meal recipes throughout the week which is just alternated daily. For example, meal 1 – Chicken Breast, broccoli and rice. Meal 2 – Chicken Breast, broccoli and sweet potato. Meal 3 – Chicken Breast, broccoli and rice. Meal 4 – Chicken Breast, broccoli and sweet potato.

You might think this is a bit boring, but i want to master the art of cooking each meal to perfection, before i try different recipes. This way the time to prepare all this food will shorten drastically as i have cooked it over and over. I will chop and change the ingredients once i have mastered each recipe so that i have an array of meal plans in my arsenal. So once i have accomplished this i will exchange the chicken for salmon, beef or turkey.

For break fast i have Oats, peanut butter on wholemeal break and two scrambled eggs. I make sure i have Brazil nuts, a banana and grapes to hand to make sure i get enough fats and fibre in my diet. Having these also curbs the cravings to snack on any chocolate or sweets. My total water consumption is around 3 litres also.
